John Hendrickson, Attorney and Counselor at Law

Moving to Cotati at the age of 4, I grew up in Sonoma County, California.  At 17 I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and celebrated my 18th birthday at MCRD San Diego .  I then transitioned to the Infantry Training Center at Camp San Onefre, near San Clemente California.  From there I was assigned to the fiercest fighting force the world has ever known:  Company F, 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marines at Kaneohe Marine Corps Air Station on Oahu.  After 3 years of deployments to Okinawa, Japan, the Philippines, I transferred to Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 364, the "Purple Foxes," where I completed my enlistment as the Intelligence Chief for a squadron of "battle phrogs" after a trip to Saudi Arabia, a few more trips to Okinawa and the Philippines.   I currently am a member of the Marine Corps League (Detachment 686) and a past Judge Advocate for the Marine Corps League Department of California.

Experience

I have  over 15 years of experience in the retail auto industry, almost exclusively in Northern California and including cars, trucks, recreational vehicles and medium duty trucks.  Serving at all levels within a dealership, I have worked in positions ranging from salesperson to director of operations - and nearly everything in-between.  Throughout that time, I have used my negotiation skills to assist my clients in achieving their desired results.

Your time is important and valuable.  I recognized that and work to quickly and efficiently resolve the issues in your case.  I have a "no nonsense" approach includes using a variety of legal tools to help you achieve your goals.  Many lemon law and dealer fraud issues are resolved within 30-45 days.  I have been able to resolve some matter in less than 24 hours, but that is rare and an exception.  Occasionally, some matter go to trial and take a year or more to resolve. Every situation is different.

I am admitted to practice law in all California State Courts and the Federal Northern District of California (including the Bankruptcy Court), the Southern District of California and the Eastern District of California.

Jennifer Hendrickson, Attorney and Counselor at Law

Jennifer Hendrickson is a Sonoma County native, born in Santa Rosa and graduating from Analy High School in Sebastopol.  She understands the unique nature of financial issues arising from the diverse economy that is the San Francisco Bay Area.  Ms. Hendrickson is also a Professor of Law at Empire College of the Law in Santa Rosa.

Ms. Hendrickson is a wife and mother. She knows what it's like to run a household. She knows how difficult it can be when your kids need something but money is tight. She understands how stressful it can be not have enough money to pay your bills.  She knows that bankruptcy can be an intimidating process.  As an attorney, Ms. Hendrickson is committed to full-service representation. Instead of dealing with a paralegal or staff member, your case will be handled personally by the attorney. She is your attorney for appearances, meetings, and any other proceedings.
